AIM HIGH ATLANTA 2024
Aim High Atlanta 2024
Aim High Atlanta was founded by former NBA player Kenny “The Jet” Smith so it is no surprise that they are elite. They were easily the most complete 2024 team in the entire tournament coasting through the competition with the closest opponent coming within 21 points!
Aim High Atlanta came into this tournament with a team clearly more superior than the rest of the field and it showed. The games were barely competitive with victory margins of 21, 25, 31, 35, and 45! Aim High Atlanta has a ton a good prospects that can compete with just about any team in the country. They will definitely be a team to watch going forward in Atlanta Grassroots Basketball. Next Level Scouting

AIM HIGH ATLANTA CLASS OF 2026
AIM HIGH ATLANTA 2026
One of the most dominant performance by any team in any age group in the Atlanta Hardwood Classic belongs to Aim High 11u Gold. This 5th grade group stood out 1st with size across the board from PG-C and from all 7 players on the roster. Not running many plays, there was an obvious received effort to defend which lead to several transition buckets, where the ball moved without hesitation. Even in half court offensively this group showed poise as they executed and dissected competition. Hoop Nation Scouting

Game Recap/Team Standouts
Devin Hutcherson | 5’9” G
Devin is another integral piece to the success of Aim High Gold 2026 team. He possesses really good size early on for a rising 6th grader and moves extremely well. He handles the ball good in spurts, gets to the basket and finishes everything inside. He has shown a soft touch in the painted area and a solid passing ability. He’ll be one to track. Tony Bruton
CJ Harper | 5’4” PG
CJ Harper was a smooth operator for his Aim High Gold squad. A natural southpaw, he was able to pick his spots while exploiting defenses all weekend long. His combination of court vision and ability to change directions made him a nightmare for the competition. It was refreshing to see such a young player have the feel for the game that he possesses already. As he continues to grow physically and expand his range, he’ll be a common name in most hoop circles. Tony Bruton
Jacob Kemp | 5’0” G
At a young age, Jacob Kemp is already showing the ability to move well without the ball. His activity off the ball opened up many opportunities for his teammates to create for themselves and others. Once he had possession of the ball, he made quick decisions. As a catch and shoot guy, he was efficient beyond the arc and also finished well around the basket. He did a great job recognizing when and when not to cut to the basket or pop out for jumpshots.
