Ja’Cori Thompson | 2029 | Team H.I.M
Thompson continues to show flashes that he can be great. He has improved his ball handling and footwork. The soft touch on his jumper is still prevalent and his ability to get his shot off whenever he desires is one of his best attributes. Thompson utilizes his size to his advantage by playing big and making teams adjust to him.

Denney Stomer Jr | 2029 | Team H.I.M
Stomer Jr is one of the most underrated lead guards in 2029. His decision making keeps this Team H.I.M squad balanced. He has a solid jumper from the outside and looks to get paint touches to disrupt defenses. Continue to watch the climb of Stomer Jr.

Mario Blackston | 2029 | GTA
Blackston understands the game of basketball. He takes good quality shots and makes tough shots. It’s rare in this day and age players rely on the midrange for a big chunk of their game, but Blackston takes what the defense gives and it paid off in a major way at the Kelly Memorial Classic. He opened a ton of eyes; expect Blackston’s name to buzz throughout this travel season.

Hezron Luyindula | 2029 | GTA
This lead guard is going to make things happen for his team one way or another. Luyindula can impact the game by setting up teammates and playing scrappy on ball defense. He plays the game to win.

Malik Paul | 2029 | Team Scoot
8th grade MVP

Paul was out for blood the entire Kelly Memorial Classic. He was completely unguardable in the chip. Paul dropped 26 points from all over the floor. He defends at a high level and makes opposing players think twice about defending him so close due to his elite quick twitches and decision making.

Brayden Daniel | 2029 | Team Scoot
Daniel embodies the essence of hard work and skill on the court. His quickness sets him apart, allowing him to maneuver past defenders with ease. When he attacks the basket, he does so with a combination of toughness and finesse, making him a dual threat that is hard to defend against.

Tristen Dixon | Gwinnett Eagles | 2029
Dixon is looking to attack downhill whenever he gets the ball. He has a nice floater which keeps the defense honest. Dixon has two-way capabilities and scores effortlessly in the restricted area.

Symeon Watson | Atlanta Swish | 2029
Watson is honing into this playmaking role. The 6’7†wing is extremely versatile. As long as he’s not limiting himself, he’s a nightmare to contain. Three level scorer, facilitator and a shot blocker. Watson has all the attributes to start gaining collegiate interest soon as he enters high school.
