Jate Hicks (FL) | 5’6” | 2029
Hicks plays with an unmatched intensity, willing to go through walls for her team. She slashed to the rim fearlessly, using her strength and determination to create buckets. Hicks also showed solid court vision, making timely passes when defenses collapsed. Her hustle and grit set the tone, making her invaluable on both ends of the floor
Mille Southards (GA) | 5’6” | 2029
Southards was named the Most Outstanding Player for the 2029 class, and her performance backed it up. She showcased an all-around skill set, blending physicality with finesse to make plays on both ends of the floor. Whether finishing through contact, defending aggressively, or facilitating offense, she consistently found ways to impact the game. Southards’ motor and versatility made her one of the toughest competitors in the entire showcase.
Catyrra Kelly (SC) | 5’10” | 2029
Kelly used her length effectively on both ends of the floor. She caught high passes with ease and was a reliable target inside. Defensively, she kept her hands straight up, disrupting shots and challenging scorers. With soft touch around the rim, Catyrra added efficient finishing to her impact.
Paris Wilson (GA) | 5’5” | 2029
Wilson, known as “P5,” lived up to her reputation as a scorer. She impacted games with or without the ball, always finding ways to get involved. Wilson’s jumper was lethal from all over the floor, making her a constant scoring threat. Her assassin-like approach made her one of the toughest covers of the event.
Madison Fox (NC) | 6’3” | 2029
Fox was one of the most versatile bigs in the gym. She displayed soft touch on jumpers from midrange all the way to the three-point line. In pick-and-roll and pick-and-pop actions, she was equally dangerous, keeping defenses guessing. Defensively, she was disciplined and served as a reliable anchor in the paint.
Janiyah Watts (GA) | 5’6” | 2029
Watts was steady and dependable, earning the Leadership Award for 2029. She showed excellent shot selection, never forcing plays and letting the game come to her. On both ends, she was a true two-way threat who made winning plays. Janiyah’s maturity and composure stood out among her peers.
Sammy Nara (FL) | 5’11” | 2029
Nara stretched the floor with her ability to shoot from deep. Once she saw a couple of shots fall, her confidence skyrocketed, and she became a dangerous weapon from outside. At 5’11”, her length made her a tough matchup as a stretch 4. Sammy’s ability to space the floor gave her guards room to operate.
Chloe Murphy (NC) | 5’6” | 2029
Murphy brought an electric energy every time she checked in. She was fearless attacking the basket, using her quick first step to slash and finish inside. In spurts when her team needed momentum, she made big plays out of nothing. Chloe’s competitive spirit made her a spark plug that coaches could rely on.
Londyn Lane (GA) | 6’2” | 2029
Lane earned Defensive Player of the Showcase for 2029 with her imposing presence around the rim. She walled up against drives and turned away shots without fouling. Offensively, she ran the floor well and converted easy buckets in transition. Lane’s length and discipline gave her team a major defensive anchor.
Tori Christian (GA) | 5’6” | 2029
Christian established herself as one of the deadliest shooters in the gym. She was comfortable playing both guard spots and consistently knocked down shots when her feet were set. Her smooth release and confidence stretched defenses out to the perimeter. Tori provided spacing that opened the floor for her teammates to attack.
Kandyce Hopkins (GA) | 6’1” | 2029
Hopkins controlled the paint with her toughness and physicality. She played like a bully down low, sealing her defender deep and finishing through contact. What separated her was her soft touch around the rim, making her effective even against bigger defenders. Hopkins brought stability and presence inside that few could match.
