Bilal’s 7th Grade Prime Performers: Kings Of The South
The perimeter guys really took over the Kings Of The South in the 7th grade division.

Josiah Dempsey | 2030 | Jet Academy Jr EYBL
7th Grade MVP
This southpaw guard has arguably the smoothest and quickest shooting strokes in his class. Not only that, it’s nearly automatic to count it in the books. Dempsey is known for being able to blow a game open as he can heat up pretty quickly and score the ball in bunches. Although Dempsey is a sharpshooter, he’s not one dimensional at all. The shooter can also strongly attack close outs and operate with the ball in his hands. He allows his jump shot to open the rest of the floor for himself and for his teammates as well.

Messiah Lancaster | 2030 | Jet Academy Jr EYBL
Lancaster is a smooth operator that can score the ball well at any level. A big guard is what we like to call him, especially when he notices a mismatch on him whether it’s a big guarding him or smaller defenders. Lancaster wastes no time attacking the big or posting up a smaller defender and making the right read from there. Lancaster has constantly shown he can take the game over in a number of ways when needed. Scoring, facilitating or defending. Whatever benefits the team, he’s willing to do.
Keisean Roberts | 2030 | Jet Academy Jr EYBL
Roberts is incredibly shifty with the ball. His craftsmanship is evident in his ball-handling skills, allowing him to navigate through defenders effortlessly. Whether it’s a mid-range jumper or a long-range shot, Roberts consistently breaks defenders down and demonstrates his ability to score from various distances. His shooting precision and quick decision-making elevates his game.

Jax Teal | 2030 | Game Elite
Teal is a high IQ guard that’s shown he can play in many settings. Fast pace or slow pace game, it doesn’t matter for Teal. Lethal shooter from behind the arc, elite court vision when passing, sneaky defender and a coach on the court. This kid flat out gets to it and is tough to stop when he’s in his groove. Teal has shown to not be phased when being harassed by stronger or bigger defenders. He uses his body well to keep defenders at bay and plays at his own pace.

Asahni Thorpe | 2030 | Waycross Sonics
Thorpe has an aggressive downhill style. He attacks the basket with purpose, showcasing his ability to penetrate defenses effectively. In transition, he thrives with scoring in the open floor, making him a constant threat in a fast paced game.
