Grade/Age Eligibility 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR

1st GRADE/2035
AN ATHLETE MUST BE IN THE 1st GRADE or BELOW as of October 1, 2023 and CAN NOT be older than 8 on or before August 31, 2024.

2nd GRADE/2034
AN ATHLETE MUST BE IN THE 2nd GRADE or BELOW as of October 1, 2023 and CAN NOT be older than 9 on or before August 31, 2024.

3rd GRADE/2033
AN ATHLETE MUST BE IN THE 3rd GRADE or BELOW as of October 1, 2023 and CANNOT be older than 10 on or before August 31, 2024

4th GRADE/2032
AN ATHLETE MUST BE IN THE 4th GRADE or BELOW as of October 1, 2023 and CANNOT be older than 11 on or before August 31, 2024.

5th GRADE/2031
AN ATHLETE MUST BE IN THE 5th GRADE or BELOW as of October 1, 2023 and CANNOT be older than 12 on or before August 31, 2024.

6th GRADE/2030
AN ATHLETE MUST BE IN THE 6th GRADE or BELOW as of October 1, 2023 and CANNOT be older than 13 on or before August 31, 2024.

7th GRADE/2029
AN ATHLETE MUST BE IN THE 7th GRADE or BELOW as of October 1, 2023 and CANNOT be older than 14 on or before August 31, 2024

8th GRADE/2028
AN ATHLETE MUST BE IN THE 8th GRADE or BELOW as of October 1, 2023 and CANNOT be older than 15 on or before August 31, 2024.

9th GRADE/2027
AN ATHLETE MUST BE IN THE 9th GRADE or BELOW as of October 1, 2023 and CANNOT be older than 16 on or before August 31, 2024.

10th GRADE/2026
AN ATHLETE MUST BE IN THE 10th GRADE or BELOW as of October 1, 2023 and CANNOT be older than 17 on or before August 31, 2024.

Varsity (2025/2024)
AN ATHLETE MUST BE IN THE 11TH/12TH GRADE or BELOW as of October 1, 2023 and CANNOT be older than 19 on or before August 31, 2024.

EXCEPTION RULES

RULE 1:  A player may play up.  For example, a player in 7th grade may play in the 8th grade division. 

RULE 2: A player may not play down based on his/her current grade level.  For example, a player in the 8th grade can not play in the 7th grade division .  Exception to Rule 2:  A player may play down by grade when the current grade is high than the age requires.  For example; A player by date of birth is supposed to be in the 7th grade, but reclassed UP grade or started school early, therefore the player is currently in the 8th grade.   This player may play in the 7th grade division due to date of birth.   ANY EXCEPTION TO RULE 2 MUST BE PROVEN BY A VISUAL COPY OF THE PLAYERS BIRTH CERTIFICATE, PASSPORT, OR A CERTIFIED IDENTIFICATED CARD
