Grayson May Have the Toughest Starting Five in the State
Grayson starting 5 might be the best in the state of Georgia. They get out and run the floor extremely well. They all are very unselfish and play well together. Taylor dominates in the paint, Wilkins stretches the floor with his ability to hit the mid and long range jumper. Harris is a big guard that can have his way attacking the rim and shoot the 3. Hyland is a very unselfish guard and is always ready to catch and shoot. Alston can score on all 3 levels. They all play in the passing lane on defense which creates many turnovers leading to a lot of fast break buckets.

Coach Pierce continues to show he knows how to take the states best talent and get them to play together for success. In his 12th season at Grayson, Coach Pierce has taken Grayson from an unknown program to several nationally ranked seasons. Grayson is currently 7-0 on the season and is ranked #6 nationally by MaxPreps. Most impressively, Coach Pierce does a great job with getting his players the experience and recognition needed to play at the next level.
