More Notables – All-Star Weekend Florida
These guys all have a unique playing style and are fun to watch. All-Star Weekend was loaded with talent.

Kayveon Blijden | 6’0”
Blijden, has the ability to utilize his body and physicality to effectively get to the basket. His performance during All-Star Weekend stood out most in the pick and roll play. This skill not only highlights his basketball IQ but also notes his capability to read defenses and exploit openings. Blijden makes great decisions in the open court and doesn’t force much. That’ll go a long way in high school and beyond.

Brian Fernandez | 6’1”
Fernandez is a sneaky explosive combo guard, that excels more as the lead. He can knock down the three ball off the dribble or catch and shoot, along with the ability to play above the rim. Fernandez changed pace, displayed some shifty moves and controlled all-stars games with his dribble drive. He’s an intriguing prospect with the ball in his hands.

Syrus Sinfort | 6’2”
Sinfort has considerable merit, distinguished by his speed with the ball. He consistently looks to accelerate the pace of play, one of his best qualities. It was noticeable that his team’s offensive efficiency was a tier ahead of their opponents. Furthermore, Sinfort can knock down contested jump shots with precision, showcasing his skill and composure under pressure. High upside combo guard.

Elias Alvarez | 6’0” | 2028
Like most lefties Alvarez can fill it up in bunches. With a quick burst in speed Alvarez can get to the cup in a heartbeat. His ability to stay low to the ground and keep his dribble alive is something most players nowadays have terrible covering. Not to mention he can knock down the three ball. Alvarez is a developing nicely. Alvarez has a reliable three-point shot, his potential for growth is evident. With his game he’ll be a great asset in varsity.

Enzo Lee | 5’7” | 2029
Lightning quick guard that can turn the corner and get downhill against any one-on-one matchup. Help defense is preferred when lining up against Lee. He has a knack for generating paint touches, which kept his teams’ offense flowing during All-Star Weekend. Lee had a great showing while playing up.

Jesiah Lighty | 6’0” | 2029
Lighty is an exceptional two-way prospect. In the class of 2029 he’s one of the best deadeye shooters and overall scorers. Beyond his offensive skills, Lighty showcases impressive defensive capabilities, making him a valuable asset on both ends of the court. His ability to read the game and adapt to various situations further enhances his appeal as a well-rounded player.

Kymani Sims | 6’2” | 2029
Sims showed flashes of an elite level guard in the making. Kymani Sims has the size, skills and mentality to be special. He had his coming out party at All-Star Weekend. As long as he continues to stack the days, look out! If Sims maintains his dedication and continues to improve day by day, he is poised for greatness.

Jay Fretil | 6’4” | 2029
Fretil is an impressive 8th grader known for his athletic abilities. With a strong build and quick feet, he plays with intensity. Fretil excels in fast-paced situations, especially in transition, swiftly from defense to offense. He capitalized on fast breaks just as well as anybody at All-Star Weekend. Fretil is fun to watch.
