Kingston Whitty 2026 – 6’0″ PG – The Lovett School (GA)

Elite60 Freshman Showcase
September 2, 2023

Scouting Report by Michael Cyprien of Ryze Hoops
Kingston played with good pace and flow when he had the ball in his hands. Whitty showed the ability to create off the bounce, getting to the mid-range or the paint but also show his catch and shoot ability. He routinely made the right play whether it was a pass to a teammate or a shot for himself. Defensively he did a good job of being in the right help positions and also containing the dribble at the point of attack.

Kingston Whitty 2026 – 5’10″ PG – Woodward Academy (GA)

I often say a kid is one of the top shooters when I see his production at an event, but I have proof to be able to say that Kingston was the best shooter at the Elite 60 Showcase. His picture is different from others because his photo was taken after he won the 3-point contest. I would still say the same about Kingston and where he ranked amongst the top shooters at the camp because he was highly productive from behind the arc in game action. He is a wiry, twitchy guard who plays under control and keeps the offense under control. He is a reliable ball-handler that takes care of the ball, limits turnovers, and gets the ball to teammates where they can be productive. He has a great balance between facilitating and scoring and has a bright future ahead of him as a heady and talented PG.   He is a reliable ball-handler that takes care of the ball, limits turnovers, and gets the ball to teammates where they can be productive. by Terry J. Whitty is a sharpshooter to say the least. He was the 3 point shootout champion for the Elite 60 Freshman Showcase and that carried over into gameplay. His jump shot is eloquent and pure. Each and every time he made a three in game play it felt like a dagger and gave his team the momentum. That will be something his teammates and coaches will love about playing with and coaching him this upcoming season. There’s always room on the floor for a shooter. by Bilal Benjamin of 1st Love Basketball
