3rd Annual GA Interstate Hoops Classic

Bode Fisher 6’7 F Marantha Christian 2026
Bode brought the size for this Marantha group. Fisher knocked down a couple of 3s and really made his presence felt in the post including hitting a game winning hook shot. Intriguing prospect with tremendous potential with this one. Fisher finished with 17pts in win.
Tarrell Grant 5’11 G Marantha Christian 2024
Grant was impressive with a game high 38 pts. Had a stretch where he hit four 3s in a row and was the focal point in this matchup. His hot shooting drew a face guard matchup for the majority of the second half but he still found ways to contribute to the game. 

Hiram Balthazar Notre Dame Academy 2024
Hiram was the will for NDA. He showed the ability to score on 3 levels, defend well, and showed true grit in the competition. Hiram hit the layup to send the game into overtime and finished 37 points.
CJ Harper 6’2 G Paideia 2026
Harper’s reads, passes and how he views the game is at an elite speaks elite level. Harper showed he wants to carry the reins for this Paideia group. He get his teammates involved and is a fearless competitor. Harper had one most vicious poster dunks on the day which attests to the work he is putting in off the court.

David Oglesby- Smith 6’3 G Paideia 2026
Oglesby- Smith is a aggressive combo guard, that can get down hill, stop on the dime for a jumper and is a very active scorer. Smith finished with 16pts in his performance against Greenbrier.
Jack Jenning 6’1 G Greenbrier 2024
Jennings is definitely a hooper. He plays well with the ball in his hands and knows how to score. He can get to the rim, draw the foul, and attack from deep. It’s his persistence and aggression that stands out most. Jennings does a good job getting around defenders and playing with pace. 17pts (9 3rd qtr) in a close win over Paideia.

Aiden Weaver 6’4 G/F Etowah 2025
Weaver is known for his bounce and athleticism, but his IQ is what stood out in this game. Weaver did a great job moving without the ball and making the correct reads. He played well around the rim in a small 4/5 role which he slowly picked apart Central Gwinnett’s defense. Weaver connected on his lays, caught a couple of lobs and was just a good x-factor energy guy for Etowah. 16pts including 8 in the fourth to seal the win for Etowah. 
Dimitri Angelakos 6’2 G Etowah 2024
Angelakos was hot from behind the arc early in the game. He added a display of craftiness off the dribble and the ability to score from more than the three point line. He ran the offense well and had Central Gwinnett’s defense on their heels for the majority of the contest. Angelakos finished 24pts in the win and took home MVP honors. 

Manny Green 6’7 F Cedar Grove 2026
Green did a good job working out of the mismatch in the low post and catching the shooting. He’s still young in development but the flashes of high level talent is there. His foot work and shooting mechanics show you that he’s consistently working, and can be a high level player. Green had a solid 15pts in win over Walnut Grove. 
Norval “Trey III” Rhodes 6’4 G Cedar Grove 2026
Rhodes strength and toughness played a key role in the win over Walnut Grove. He scored every qtr and had some clutch/timely buckets that helped CG stay in contention. Rhodes knew his spots on the court, knocked down a couple of 3s and was just the bully they needed at times. A recent transfer from Norcross Rhodes brings the edge the young Cedar Grove team needs to be true state contestants.
Elijah Lewis 6’2 G Greenforest 2024
You won’t find a more underrated guard than Elijah. He’s competitive, plays hard until the last whistle, shows up on all occasions and just gets buckets. He too poured in 15 pts in the performance and while Baldwin guards did a good job defending him, but he stayed within the system and made big plays down the stretch. He had a comfortable pull up game and does a good job in transition scoring and setting up his big’s for buckets.
Michael Robinson 5’8 G Greenforest 2024
Robinson shooting was on full display. His buzzer beater half court heave to end the 3rd qtr helped alter the momentum for the GF win. This game had a different tone to it way before tip off and Robinson had a part to play in that. He was warming up different and just hyping the guys up for the contest. Throughout the contest things got chippy for Mike and it only fueled his performance. He tied for team high with 15pts in win. 
Isaiah Dennis 6’1 G Baldwin  2024
Dennis had a quick trigger that led him to a game high 24pts including 4 3’s in the tough loss to Greenforest. He had a high release point, great pull up game, and ability to create off the dribble. He made the competition fun defensively as well getting in Green Forest guards heads at times. Baldwin brought a different energy to the competition and Dennis had a hand in it.
Karez Demory 6’0 G Baldwin 2026
While the stat sheet only had him listed for 7pts, his presence was felt defensively. Only a sophomore, Demory has a good feel for on ball defense and stepping up on the bigger guys to force turnovers. Definitely a player to keep an eye on.

Nile King 6’5 F Union Grove 2024 
King took over the second half scoring 12 of his 18pts and had a versatile skill set on display. He knows how to use his size to attack defenses and impose his will on smaller players. Had a few jams as well to up the energy and momentum for Union Grove.
Temar Colley 6’2 G Union Grove 2024 
Colley’s shooting was on full display and could see himself as an x-factor in the win over Cedar Shoals. He knocked down five 3s in the contest all in the second half which it helped propel Union Grove back into the contest. This Union Grove team has the pieces to make a deep playoff run with players like Colley.

Marcus Smith 6’1 G Walnut Grove 2025 
Marcus Smith has the ability to get to the rim at will and finish in a multitude of ways. He plays the guard spot well, is consistently attacking and does a good job of getting to the line. A crafty ball handler, he plays well within the team game, defends well and is just a pest on both ends of the court. Definitely a guard to track moving forward and a type of player who can expose some defenses late in the season. 18pts (5-8ft) in a tough loss to Cedar Grove. 
Xavier Perry 6’0 G Victory Christian 2024
Perry was dynamic with the ball, and due to his size knew he had to bring a different skill set to become effective. He knew his spots on the court well shooting wise and knocked down some 3s at a high clip. He was good with the ball in his hands creating offense for others with his cerebral approach. He took home MVP honors with 19pts including 5 3’s in the win over Creekside Christian to lead all scorers.  

More Notables 

Daniel Daramola 6’8 F Greenforest 2025
Daramola was the x-factor in the win over Baldwin. His size on the boards and ability to finish through contact was too much for Baldwin to handle. Greenforest does a great job in working with it’s bigs to help them find ways to be effective and win ball games.

Orion Wilson 6’6 F Greenforest 2025
Wilson made a lot of impactful plays especially on the glass.  He has good size and extra depth for forward.

Bilal Osman 6’5 G/F Creekside Christian
Osman has good size and played well on the wing. Good knock down shooter and active defender.

Cedric Taylor 6’10 F Creekside Christian 2025
Taylor rim running ability and fluidity was on full display. He did a good job finishing in traffic, pushing the ball and being a reliable bucket when Creekside Christian needed one.  Taylor has great and was one of the better bigs on the day. 

Caleb Samples 6’4 F/G Union Grove 2025
Caleb’s swagger always catches your eye because he plays the game as if it’s too easy. He coasted his way to 14pts and hit some big buckets during UG their comeback efforts.

Alex Koch 6’7 F Cedar Shoals 2024
Koch provided a mismatch due to Union Grove’s lack of size. He finished with a double double 19reb in the contest to go with 17pts and 3blks.

Abubarkar Cham 6’6 F Victory Christian 2025
Cham brought good aggression and was an active rebounder for Victory Christian. Physical in the post and had a relentless motor. Finished with 14pts in win over Creekside Christian.
