The ELITE60 class of 2031 Showcase was loaded with talent. Here are some names I am sure will be on the NATIONAL stage in the near future. Here are a few of my S.W.A.N. standouts.
2031 Christian Williams standing at 6’2″ was one of the top shooters at the showcase last weekend. He shot the leather off the ball and most importantly, he was ACCURATE. Late defenders were non existent once he locked in.
2031 Kyrie Simpson was AUTOMATIC all weekend. A quick thinking guard that pulled up from another area code in all his matchups. Simpson stood out because of not only his confidence but also knowing how to play around his teammates by making them better with accurate passes
Levi Roberts out of Virginia is a big versatile kid. Roberts is a wing that can get downhill and make a play off the dribble as well as make a play with his back to the basket. Standing at 6’4″ Roberts possesses a ton of upside for any Coach at the next level.
2031 Landon Snyder out of Florida stands at 6’6″ and played the versatile big role for his squad all weekend. Snyder frequently got tough buckets in transition with an array of moves that would throw most guards off let alone bigs. Second chance baskets came in bunches with this kid as he had no issues embracing contact on the low block
6’2 guard Austin Davis was a dangerous hooper all weekend and made defenders pay in iso situations mainly. His ball handling ability and pure jump shot allowed him to not only participate in the 3pt contest but also earned him spots amongst every top performer list.
2031 Jax Teal is a 6‘1″ guard with the handles and finesse of someone twice his age. Teal separated himself all weekend with not only some of the toughest buckets on all three levels but as well as some of the best passes you would see from any guard in the nation
